• Ensure your UWO email address is activated and working, as this is our main and first method of communication with students. Ensure that you are checking your email regularly and reading the information provided to you.
    • Failure to do so does not constitute late payment. 
  • Please ensure that you notify the Student Financial Services Office of any of the following changes;
    • Address and/or phone number
      • If you are an OSAP student, you will also need to update your address on the OSAP website and with the National Student Loans Services Centre (1-888-815-4514)
      • Your address also needs to be updated on your Student Centre 
    • Name
    • Registration
    • Income (for OSAP students)
  • Ensure that payment deadlines are followed and your tuition account is in good standing with the University.
