At first glance, the thought of financing a University education might be overwhelming.  It need not be.  Our experienced staff are here to help.  Our priority is to provide you with the best possible financial service and counseling in support of your education goals.

We are located in Wemple Room 144, and are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. during the summer months)

Access Copyright Rebate

In light of the recent agreement between Western and Access Copyright effective May 2012, the Access Copyright fees charged to students have been reduced for the 2010 - 2011 and 2011 - 2012 academic years.

If you are a current King's University College student who attended King's during the past academic year, your fees for 2011 - 2012 have been recalculated to reflect a reduction in the Access Copyright fee from $30.00 to $2.91 (based on full-time course load; pro-rated for part-time course load).

If you are a current King's student who also attended King's University College in 2010 - 2011, the reduction in charges will be accomplished in two stages:

  • The Access Copyright fee for the 2010 - 2011 academic year will be reduced from $16.45 to $2.91.
  • The Access Copyright fee for the 2011 - 2012 academic year will be reduced from $30.00 to $2.91.

All of the changes outlined above may result in a credit balance on your tuition account.

Should you wish to receive a refund, you must complete the Access Copyright Rebate Form, and submit this form to the Student Financial Services Office no later than July 1, 2012.

By default, if the Student Financial Services Office does not receive your request by July 1, 2012, this amount will be donated to the King's University College Student Council for their directives.

Important Dates:

  • June 1, 2012        Guaranteed Parking Application available (limited spaces)
  • June 15, 2012      Starting June 15 thru August 13 - Tuition Deposits are due within 10 days of registering for your first course

                                              ($440.00 for full time students)

  • June 15, 2012      Starting June 15, 2012 students must create their personalized invoice at www.kucapplications.ca. 

                                              A signed copy must be submitted to Student Financial Services by August 13, 2012

  • July 1, 2012          Deadline to submit Access Copyright Rebate form to Student Financial Services
  • July 15, 2012        Students wishing to use OSAP to pay their tuition must have an error free OSAP application
  • August 1, 2012     In-program Scholarship/Bursary applications available online for Fall/Winter term
  • August 13, 2012  1st installment of tuition/residence due for non-OSAP students
