Late Payments - Canadian Students
King’s provides information to students regarding deadlines using a variety of mediums (invoices, fees schedules, and registration handbooks) through web postings, emails and posters around the College. In addition, our staff in Student Financial Services is available during normal business hours 12 months of the year to answer queries and counsel students with financial concerns. Administrative fees are charged to students who have missed deadlines for payments or processing of information. A fee of $115.00 is added to a Canadian full-time student’s account per term and becomes part of the outstanding balance. Fees for Canadian part-time students are prorated based on course loads.
Late Registrants:
Late registrants are required to pay the applicable fees according to the deadlines given. If you register after the tuition fee deadline, you are required to contact Student Financial Services immediately to arrange for payment of your fees, which will be due immediately upon registration. The 10 day waiting period is not available to late registrants.
Please note: If you are expecting a King's University College Entrance/Continuing Scholarship, you may deduct the amount of the scholarship from your payment. It is your responsibility to verify the status of the scholarship with the Office of the Registrar for an Entrance Scholarship or the Academic Dean's Office for a Continuing Scholarship, to ensure that you meet the requirements of the scholarship offer. If, for any reason, you no longer qualify for the scholarship, you are required to pay the difference immediately.
