Accessible Customer Service Online Training Tool
The following links provide access to the Accessible Customer Service Online Training Tool. This tool will assist Ontario universities in meeting the accessibility requirements of the Customer Service Standard under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
The training tool is comprised of three independent modules as well as an overview module that explains how to use the interactive version of those tools.
The recommended minimum browsers are Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 3 or above, or Safari 4. The interactive version requires Flash 8 plug-in or above.
