The passing of William McKercher
It is with great sadness that we report the passing of Dr. William McKercher, King’s Political Science professor. Will passed suddenly yesterday at the age of 67.
Dr. McKercher’s death is a tragedy for our community. He will be missed by the many students and colleagues that he mentored. Our prayers are with his family and all of those touched by this loss.

Please note that Dr. McKercher's funeral will be held at St. James Church (Askin Street) this Friday, February 17th at 2:00 p.m. with visitation at 1:00 p.m. There will be a parish reception after the service.
An additional visitation will be held on Thursday, February 16th from 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at Westview Funeral Chapel (709 Wonderland Road).

A bus will be departing from King's at 1 p.m. Friday for students, staff, and faculty going to the funeral for Dr. McKercher. RSVP to ajardin4@uwo.ca by 4:00 p.m. Thursday.
