UPDATE: Childhood and Social Institutions student club raises funds for children's cancer charities

UPDATE: Congratulations to the 5 student and 1 faculty Inside Ride teams who, along with a number of UWO student teams and a bake sale, raised a grand total of $15,147.50. CSI Club executive members Michelle Foglton and Jessica Lau were singled out for well deserved praise in light of the great organizational effort they put into making this event, with its 120 riders and numerous volunteers and sponsors, such a satisfying success.

The Childhood and Social Institutions student club at King's is proud to partner with Inside Ride to raise funds for children's cancer charities. Inside Ride is a 2-hour, high-energy event where teams of 6 take turns cycling, and cheering on their team. The event, being held on January 29, is the first to be held on the Western University campus.

The event will run from 11:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m., and will take place in the UCC atrium.
