The Department of Alumni and Development Affairs is pleased to announce the creation of the Bill White Memorial Sunshine Foundation Student Volunteer Award. This award was created in memory of the late Bill White (father of alumnus Leanne Perreault ‘83), a volunteer with the Sunshine Foundation since its inception, who believed in the value and importance of volunteering in the community. It will be presented annually to a King’s University College student who has volunteered with the Sunshine Foundation of Canada. The student may be in their first, second, third or fourth year of study in any program, with preference given to a student with a minimum 75% average in the previous Fall/Winter term.
