Congratulations to Nate Little on his election as the president of the students’ council at King’s University College. An Honors double major student in Philosophy and Social Justice and Peace Studies (SJPS), Little is active in extracurricular activities at King’s. Originally from Woodstock, Ontario, he is a tour guide at the registrar’s office, involved with the Social Justice and Peace Studies club at the college and he has visited the Dominican Republic as a part of an experiential learning course.

At King’s, Little appreciates the interpersonal connection between students and professors. “I love King's because the university is small enough for students to find genuine support and encouragement from world-class professors on a personal basis, and big enough to offer diverse academic and social programming throughout the year. It has something for every student,” he says.

With the students’ council, Little wants to focus on student needs through his tenure. He aims to create more access for students to all the available resources.

Little plays guitar and also sings as a personal interest and as a fan of music himself, he “wants to enable more artists across the campus.” He would also like to make efforts in making students more aware of events in London.

Welcome and congratulations again on the president-elect Nate Little. King’s wishes you the best with your term at King’s University College Students’ Council.
